Throughout his tenure with the Rush, Trevor has donned multiple hats, including General Manager, Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Director of Player Development. His multifaceted roles reflect his comprehensive understanding of the game and his ability to nurture and lead players at every level of their career. Beyond his coaching duties, Trevor plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between young talent and higher-level opportunities. Before stepping behind the bench, Trevor showcased his skills on the ice, advancing to the NCAA Division 3 level with Johnson and Wales University, followed by a professional stint in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL). His playing career not only exemplifies his love for the game but also enriches his coaching perspective with firsthand experiences of the challenges and triumphs athletes face.

Trevor’s familiarity with CPH is strong, having previously coached here for two seasons.
